Shipping and Handling Details
We sell both digital and physical items so depending on the nature of your purchase will determine how it is shipped.
PHYSICAL ITEMS – Any purchase that requires an item to be mailed to a requested destination.
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to ship. In many cases your order will ship the same day of purchase if the order was placed before 5PM EST. on Monday – Friday.
If you place an order on Saturday – Sunday, then your order will be shipped the following Monday.
DIGITAL ITEMS – Any purchase that can be shipped via Email.
If you place an order that is digital, then you will receive your order on the same day to your provided Email.
All physical items purchased domestically in the United States will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and should take 3 to 5 business days or less to arrive, depending on the shipping method you choose.
All physical items purchased internationally will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and should take 7 to 10 business days or less to arrive, depending on the shipping method you choose.
All digital items purchased worldwide will be shipped on the same day to your provided Email.
Shipment Tracking is Included For:
– Any order with a flash drive
Shipment Tracking is not Included For:
– Any CD / DVD order.
Why is tracking not included for a CD / DVD order? Removing the tracking allows us to keep shipping costs down, which enables our company to lower the prices of our products so that all customers can benefit from the savings.
In very rare circumstances if your tracking on your shipment does not update its location status and you feel as though the shipment might have been lost then you must wait 10 full days (domestic) or 30 full days (international) after the last update of the tracking before Sharper Jacks can complete an investigation.
There are no exceptions to this policy and no refund will be given before a completed investigation into the whereabouts of any shipment.
